• Looking For Foreign University Cooperation
  In order to suit the rapid development of the university, we would like to suggest setting up a linkage between a foreign university and my university. Various ways of exchange beneficial to both sides could be explored. First, we wish to invite one of your professors to come and offer courses. Another possibility is to exchange students. Every year each side could send some students to the other side to study for some time and bring back the credits they have got. Short visits by faculty or students of one side to the other would also be interesting and rewarding. Second, we wish you to recommend some courses to us, we take over the task of training and you promulgate the certificates. Third, we can set up distant education institute in cooperating with your university. Of course, there are many other ways of cooperating.
